History. Garris Horn LLP was founded in 2018 by Richard Horn, the former CFPB Senior Counsel & Special Advisor who led the TRID mortgage disclosure rule and design of the forms, and mortgage industry veteran Troy Garris. They have since surrounded themselves with equally accomplished attorneys in business litigation, regulatory compliance, in-house counsel expertise, and more.
