In Published Opinion, D.C. Court of Appeals Rules for David G. Ross’s Client

The D.C. Court of Appeals, adopting arguments made by David G. Ross and co-counsel Benjamin Takis (Takis Nonprofit Law PLLC), ruled in favor of their client in OverDrive v. The Open eBook Forum, 288 A.3d 305 (D.C. 2023).  The client, a trade association that Messrs. Ross and Takis had represented at both the trial and appellate court levels, was defending its board actions against a member organization’s challenge.  You can read the opinion here (click for opinion).
